He started his career with advertising giant BBDO Worldwide in New York, before returning to the UK for a succession of client-side marketing roles with brands like Jaguar Land Rover. With a strong specialism in automotive and technology, Chris has created a winning marketing & sales playbook that gets our clients the results they've been looking for, every time. He's the lead strategist and most senior point of client contact.

Christina is our other founder and has a background in marketing and events with automotive & technology brands.
As a highly qualified marketer and project manager, Christina ensures that everything we do happens on time and on budget for our clients and for ourselves. She is also funster in chief at EnquiryLab (see Instagram for further details!). Usually back of house focusing on operations, clients are most likely to see her working on their ABM campaigns.

A self-confessed grammar and punctuation nerd, Victoria loves nothing better than crafting engaging newsletter copy, perfecting a punchy call to action or pulling together exciting press releases for our clients. Victoria leads the B2C CENA account at EnquiryLab.

Ash has been designing and building websites for over a decade in a a diverse range of industries. From theatre, music, fashion, hospitality, and not-for-profit to automotive and tech organisations.
Originally a wordpress developer there is nothing Ash now loves more than creating HubSpot CMS sites and sitting down with Chris, Tom and Charlotte to build out UX wireframes.
Emily has been creatively designing for over 5 years, having originally studied fashion at Birmingham University. Although she's now swapped fashion for tech, if you look twice you can definitely see the flourish in her designs and we (and our clients) love it.
Designing everything from new brand guidelines to banners for social media, Emily is our go to girl for all things that need to look beautiful.
Rich has over two decades of experience in copywriting and creative consultancy. Working on a stream of well-known brands in the early days - McDonald's, P&O Cruises, Heinz, Disney and Kellogg's - Rich latterly works on automotive, B2B and technology brands.
You're most likely to find him planning or writing blogs or eBooks or any long form copy. He's rather brilliant at reductionism and great at talking the same language as your audience.
Tom has worked for many years as a search strategist and latterly as Head of Search Engine Marketing. His core competencies lie in the search ecosystem, with a strong track record in SEO and across biddable media platforms such as AdWords.
At EnquiryLab, you can usually find Tom strategising & planning search into UX for new website build projects, setting the search strategy for new retainer clients or optimising existing sites for SEO.
Raman is a bit of a PR Hero. We're still not entirely sure how she builds up such good relationships with the press so quickly. Particularly on well-known tricky (& new to her) contacts.
Her background is strong in B2B and since coming aboard some clients have been so inundated with opportunities they've actually had to turn some down.
Charlotte's background is in HubSpot management, website and digital asset production. She's also a bit of whizz at reporting, and can create pretty much anything in Google Data Studio.
Charlotte leads the Growth Driven Design website planning model at EnquiryLab and works closely with Ash and Tom to ensure that all websites and digital assets are produced to strategy, schedule and brief.
Alanah gained a PR degree before going to work at a PR Agency on both B2B and B2C accounts. Latterly, Alanah had been working as a digital marketing consultant for both agencies and clients directly, combining writing and influencing skills with inbound marketing principles.
At EnquiryLab, Alanah is a day to day strategist and client handler. Ensuring that the top level strategies from Chris get delivered & optimised and all deliverables are on schedule.
SJ is our sales expert with over 20 years experience in business development across UK & US markets. Working in a variety of service-led organisations and marketing agencies including McCann World Group, SJ has worked her way up to various Head of Department positions. Here at EnquiryLab, SJ is responsible for client growth and a smooth onboarding experience for our new clients.
Andy has spent much of his career leading digital marketing strategies for both small and large companies both agency and client-side, from Mindshare to Samsung. This has involved scoping each strategy within a range of budgets, targeting many different audiences and employing a multi-platform approach to achieve maximum efficiency and value for money. Andy is a strong analytical lead with EnquiryLab enjoying nothing more than evaluating campaign performance and getting stuck into the data.

Catherine joins us with a long history in B2B Marketing from brands such as Creston Electronics, Intelogy and Intuit. Her particular specialism is in CRM and Customer Journey, having headed up this role at Stellantis.
At EnquiryLab, Catherine works on larger clients where high-level CRM strategy is key. You're most likely to see her for onboarding, supporting on advanced ABM programmes or on RevOps projects.
