SalesOut engaged us initially to deploy CRM and marketing automation in the business to power an inbound strategy. Over time this grew to include a rebrand, a new website and ABM services.

Brand Foundations

SalesOut is an extremely well-known brand in their sector, but they had not refreshed their brand or website for years. They were also observing a drop in their ratings for innovation in customer feedback. The decision was taken to rebuild their website and refresh their visual identity as part of a broader programme of measures.

EnquiryLab and the HubSpot CMS were the natural choices due to the success of our relationship up to that point. Our creative team proposed a fresh new look for the brand that met with universal approval internally and with their US parent company. We then developed a brand new site, which included significant time spent on product positioning and messaging strategy to pave the way for a renewed focus on new business supported by our ABM team.

One of the main reasons SalesOut initially brought us onboard was to help them implement a CRM. We suggested HubSpot as it was able to meet all of their needs for marketing, sales and service, as well as eventually their website requirements.

Our team was instrumental in not only the technical onboarding but also the delivery of change and adoption services to ensure their sales, service desk and account management teams got up to speed quickly. The initial rollout was a success and we have now expanded the use of HubSpot internally to include custom API integrations with their own platform.

Following the relaunch of the brand and a change in senior leadership SalesOut renewed their focus on new business, making some new hires to form a business development function.

EnquiryLab helped them deliver an effective ABM strategy that quickly go them focused on the acquisition of 9 strategic target accounts. Using a range of techniques, assets and outreach strategies we were able to support them in building relationships with all 9 prospects, with 6 becoming opportunities and 3 customers within year 1.
