Chris is one of the founders of EnquiryLab and is a career marketer and neuromarketing specialist.
He began his career in New York, working on the Cheetos account at global ad agency BBDO Worldwide, before returning to the UK for a brief stint as Management Consultant before joining Jaguar Land Rover to work in their national comms team. Since then Chris has worked across the automotive industry holding senior client and agency side roles with Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Mazda, SEAT, Bentley, BMW MINI, Motorrad and Rolls-Royce.
As you can probably guess from his career history, Chris is a dyed in the wool petrolhead and motor racing fan and lives with his wife, two children and cat in Warwickshire.
Christina is our other founder and has a background with blue-chip brands including Renault, SEAT and Bentley in the events industry.
As a highly qualified project manager and all-round clipboard, Christina ensures that everything we do happens on time and on budget. As originator of the ever-popular -bola series of staff events she is also funster in chief at EnquiryLab (see Instagram for further details!). Outside of the office, Christina plays the piano and tennis.
As our Digital Account Manager, Aimee does more than write fancy Ads and manage digital campaigns.
With a wealth of experience in SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads and website marketing strategies. No matter which marketing hat she's wearing, she is passionate about finding the best solutions for our clients.
When she's not being a perfectionist in the office (and drinking too much coffee), she's busy chasing around after her little lady. Thank goodness someone keeps her on her toes!
Victoria has a background in agency-side consumer PR, working with a range of clients in the jewellery, interior design, superyacht architecture and brokerage and equestrian sectors. She then dabbled in third sector and manufacturing communications before specialising in copywriting and content creation.
A self-confessed grammar and punctuation nerd, Victoria loves nothing better than crafting engaging newsletter copy, perfecting a punchy call to action or pulling together exciting press releases for our clients. The quality of copy in social media posts, even those by well-known brands, is deeply upsetting to Victoria.
When she’s not busy writing words, Victoria enjoys rowing for Warwick Boat Club, clay pigeon shooting, walking her two spaniels and testing the quality of the gin or cider at countryside pubs.

He has almost 10 years experience working in industries such as, Theatre, Music, Fashion, Hospitality, Automotive and various non-profit organisations.
Dan heads up our automotive and customer journey automation software business.
Dan, is a true automotive retail marketing specialist having worked in this area for over 20 years with brands such as Toyota, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Mazda, BMW and MINI. He also has a wealth of agency experience in the wider automotive and financial services sectors having worked with leading London agencies for close to 15 years, before joining HPS Group, where he headed up their automotive business unit, spending 10-years leading the BMW Group business. After successfully winning and bedding in the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles business in 2017/18, Dan joined the Enquiry Lab fold as an associate director to focus on his passion for improving the consumer journey for customers and brands alike.
Rajnish started his agency career as a Business Development Manager within the Omnicom group. His love of writing saw him move into a copywriting role and from there into the role of Creative Director.
Over the years he has worked across pretty much every sector and channel — from launching the American Express Black Card to changing perspectives on Learning disabilities, taking in the likes of Vodafone, BMW Group, Jaguar Land Rover, Toyota, Lexus, Danone, the NHS, Department of Work and Pensions, Walkers Crisps and Evian along the way.
Part of the original team that established the D&AD awarded independent agency, Agency UK, Rajnish has worked as a board level CD within the Creston Unlimited network. Along the way he’s picked up DMAs, an International Marketing Award and MOMA, been a DMA judge and regularly speaks about all things creative.
With around 70 years of collective experience working in marketing agencies across the team, our little black books are pretty extensive.
Our freelancer team vary from those we speak to everyday like Tash who does our branding and offline creative work or Rebecca our Google Analytics genius, to those that we only use on particular projects. Whoever they are they will always be someone we have worked with and trust to represent the EnquiryLab brand and way of working.
